 Post subject: Great Lakes Spa Center technician

I am trying to contact a technician from the Great Lakes Spa Center who rewired my Hercules unit last December 05. Until recently it has been working great and now it has stopped heating again - just wanted to see what he would recommend. Thanks so much.
