I am desperate to find a good spa tech in the Phoenix Area. Is there any recommendations?

The SPA is a Dimension 1 –

Year: 2000

Model: Chairman II

Service History:

While under warranty

5 separate service calls to fix lounger. Each time lounger lost power. Solenoids replaced

1 separate service call to fix main display. Push button display was replaced.

Last Month:

Problem Reported:

No Heat

Lounger Not Working – No Power

What was done:

Circulation Pump Replaced, Both Pumps had leaky seals so seals were replaced

Lounger Still Not Working

That Lasted three days

Problem: No Power to SPA at all. Now what I am being told is that I need a new Circulation Pump and a New Heater and that my main pumps are about ready to go and I should think about a trade-in.

My trust level is very low at the moment.

a) Are the main pumps unusually noisy? What do they do (or not do) that makes someone say "They're about to go?"

b) I'm assuming it's tripping the breaker, thus no power to anything. Likely culprit: heater

c) Another bad circ pump? What happens when you disconnect the heater wires, does the circ pump fail to operate? Trip breaker? Flow error?

d) Lounger- another solenoid[s] likely failed, and popped the slow-blow fuse on the lounger-control PCB. Isolate the bad solenoids, and replace them and the fuse.
