Help me Please! My first mistake was: I bought a used tub without seeing it work. We filled it up to find it leaking extremely bad behind the skimmer box. I also found the previous owner caulked it up. it didn't work. the spa is a regal. cant find anything on the web about it either. the filter is a rainbow dsf-35. we removed all caulking and found a couple screw holes around the skimmer shell also broke out. I did find schematics on the web that showed gaskets front and rear on the skimmer. but mine had none. Should i replace it with gaskets or caulk it only, or both? and what do i do about the screw holes that are broke out?
would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Thanks. :(

it might be a better idea to replace the whole skimmer basket with a new one. Rainbow plastics is the manufacturer, and by measuring or looking for the model number, you should be able to get a new one from one of the many web stores around
