I have a 97 Hot Springs Grandee. The motomassage jets are pumping water but don't move up and down as they should.
Could the jets be bad. They are very limp. I have played with the valves but they only turn the water on and off to those jets.

Take the filters out and try them again. If they still don't work then you probably need to replace them. Once you take the moto's out, hold them by the end and see if they hang straight down. If they have a bend to them then you need new ones.
