How does one tell if the ozonator is working in the hot tub-artesian 2004

Not familiar with that brand, but the way I check ozone is to open the cover in the morning, after the ozone has run all night, and smell for it - it smells kinda like a cross between a fresh rain smell and a burnt wire smell.

hello, most ozone's stop working after three years. if it is a UV light usually two years max.
you can contact dell ozone for more info
