Catalina Spa, purchased in 2001, drained and winterized in 03, filled recently. Pump and heater seem to be weaking, but have a slow leak. Spa sits on patio in side an enclosure. Patio on a slight angle and water on patio outside enclosure. Slow leak it appears, took a couple days for water level toget below the jets, at that point I turned off power to the spa. Any ideas, advice etc. greatly appreciated. Husband currently out of town, house to go on market soon and need to get this taken care of. Thanks in advance

It is probably cracked "wall fittings", they are the part that holds the jet body in the tub. It could be a cracked jet body. Inspect all the wall fittings, that is the most common problem.

I just wanted to note, in all the tubs I've rebuilt, I've only had one jet body that actually cracked, and that was where the flex pvc hose was attached. Sometimes I've encountered a leak caused by a dry gasket behind the flange of the wall fitting. Every other leak (and I've ran across MANY) has almost always been in the flex pvc hose itself, due to freezing. There was one other leak, and that was on a Cal Spa and it was at the heater element flange, warped due to freezing.
