I purchased a used Jacuzzi Platinum hot tub. I believe it was built approxiamtely 1995. Finally got the wiring hooked up and want to check it out to see if it has any leaks, etc. before throughly cleaning it and filling it.
Turn the power on and I can hear the pump kick in. At least I think it is the pump and not the heater. And then the panel shows a Sn3 code. I only filled it with water above the intake in the bottom. Is this contributing to the error. Do I need to fill it all the way above the filters before turning it on? I would hate to fill it that full, only to have to drain it and fix any leaks.

Always fill spa completely before powering up. See what happens after completely full.

Found the problem after following the wiring. Someone literally cut a section of the wiring to the temp sensor. Why? I can't imagine. Reconnected the wires and everything works fine now.
