Trying to remove and reinstalled glued pvc, using either flex hose or hard pvc, is at best a joke. Even if you were able to, you'd never be able to get a good seal when you used it again.

Unfortunately, circumstances like this require a bit of reengineering to get them fixed; (A $200 solution to a $20 problem). Yeah, if you were installing one from scratch, it's like a 30 minute job. But since you want to keep everything intact, then your relegated to something like this:

I know it's not what you wanted to hear :(, but you don't have much choice in the matter when you're dealing with pvc fittings under on and off, hot and cold, high pressure/lowpressure -- continuously dynamic conditions.

Let us know how you make out with it.

it's not that bad really, it's just setting yourself up mentally, for an idiot problem, with such a simple solution that takes a little longer time than normal to do it.

That particular link, on that job, took me about 4-5 hours to get it right. What a pain just one broken jet can be. (FOUR HOSE EXTENSIONS no less! Yikes!)

Maybe we all prefer quick solutions to things, of course, but sometimes they just don't work that way.
