I am new to the "spa world". I just aquired a Jacuzzi Santini with a few leaks. It leaks around both filter boxes, is there a gasket for this or is it just siliconed? The previous owner siliconed the bejeebers out it.

Behind the filter boxes, below the tub is a plumbing junction. IN this junction is a small black fitting with 2 air (?) small diameter hoses coming out. This fitting leaks. What is it and is it a part that can ordered? One of the small diameter hoses dead ends and is plugged off. The other wraps around to another fitting on the other side of the tub.

A small leak going into the filter pump. Is this an "O" ring replacement?

One jet has a small (every 8-10 seconds) drip. I read a post that mentioned allowing the tub to just "settle" in after moving and the leak may take of it self. Your thoughts anyone?

Lastly, any ideas on insulating this tub? It has no "blown insulation" on pipes and tub, it is wide open. I am planning to place the tub on a deck on about 2 inches of "hard" foam board, but I am looking for ideas for inside the siding and around the tub and pipes.

Thanks :)
