I have a Sundance Calypso, old but nice and big, which has decided to leak from a joint in the manifold that spits (I think 4 ways) from a pressure pipe (probably hard PVC) to a 4-way flexible feeder hose to one of the seats.

The easiest way to explain the position is by photo which is attached below. The uppermost pipe is the leaky culprit. You can see the flexible hose fits inside the female pipe fitting.

Reading a few other posts, it seems the best idea is to somehow pull out the hose, clean it up and glue it back?

While I am at it, how does one go about replacing the foam? I guess there is some kind of spray-in foam stuff for that purpose?

Other questions, how much damage is this soggy foam likely to do to the wood base etc.?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated....thanks!

Justin
