Hi,
I have a 2000 vita spa essence, I have located the leak but it looks like a big job unless I am overlooking something here.
But it looks to be leaking from a 4 port manifold with 3/4 inch barb returns, but it is actually two 4 port manifolds together with 6 3/4 returns and two plugs totalling 8. and 2inch flex pvc going in one side and coming out the other.
What I see is removing the 6 rteurns cutting the 2 inchon both ends and then replacing all this, but seems in replacing I would again have to add lengths of 3/4 and 2 inch pipe to make up for the cutout lengths since there is very little extra play in any of the pipe.
I hate to go from one small leak to the possibility of many more leaks.
And yes it appears the body of the 4 port manifolds has the leak so there is no replacing of one return line.
Hope this is clear and can ne1 offer some help.
PS I spoke with the vita spa people via telephone, they gave me some time but in effect agreed that I would need to drain stand it on side and start the major replacement, they estimae 4 hours, so that means 6 hours for me. Thanks for any help.

Before you go to that much trouble, you may want to try this stuff first:
