hi guys i just bought a old sundance shell and got a new heater and pump. got it filled and up to temp for 1 day before noticing half the jets don't work so after playing with the valves i get all the gets working and quickly notice that the water level is dropping. a foot in an hours time even after i shut the pump down. is there an easy way to find a leak in a tub thats all foam? or has anyone used the leak ender in a bottle stuff? i'm in northern mi and need to get this sealed up quick so keep it from freezing. any advice would be great. i've been pulling out foam all day and alot of it is wet or frozen allready but i haven't seen anywhere thats leaking.

thank you

LOL my most interesting repair was on a Sundance Cameo, which I still own. The foam has to come out and it's not an easy or fast task. DO NOT USE THE LEAK STOP IN A BOTTLE! That will NOT work like it says it will. If you have the vertical jets in the footwell of the tub, that is where I would start ripping out foam. Sundance is very notorious to leaking at these jets, specifically where the hose enters them. They even have a special repair fitting for this purpose. The jet housing actually cracks.

Good luck and welcome to hot tubbin!!!!!
