 Post subject: Flo problem from leak?

If my pumps are leaking bad enough would that cause a FLO error as well?

Not likely. Flow switches operate around 3-7 PSI, and a pump can easily provide much more than that. Circulation pumps are often used in spas now, and those will directly connect to a pressure switch. These pumps can fail unnoticed, and cause that sort of a problem.
