 Post subject: Replacing Morgan Spa Jets... HELP

I just acquired a large Morgan spa from a friend, and I need to replace two of the jets (he had purchased two "Flutter Blaster Barrel" jets, but was unable to do the job). Any idea on how to remove an old jet and replace it with the new one ? Thanks
