leak 2001 hot springs gandee started leaking from shell around the large blower hose on rt insde motor area, also seems to be coming from behind the moto masge chair on rt side, opp outside controller. should i start to remove outer panels near this seat area or look elsewhere. leak is slow, 4wks maybe 2-3" of wtr loss no signs inside motor comp , above or on left. all else is fine

Probably a bad air intake check valve. It takes air from the pump shroud...but when it goes bad, it leaks through the shroud vent in the cabinet exterior.

No need to remove any wood, just call your local Hot Spring dealer and ask for the repair kit. It's inexpensive, and you can easily do it yourself in just a few minutes. It's located in the equip compartment- the kit comes with very clear instructions
