tube under tub pouring out water

Hi! I have an old Polynesian Spa. It has a drainage tube under it in the cabinet. It has just started leaking, or should I say draining the tub! I bought my house with the tub already here and have had it for about three years. I have never seen this tube release any water, and it is most definitely coming out of the tube, not around it! The hot tub is functioning normally otherwise. Anyone have any ideas for a remedy?

It depends on what type of setup it is. Is it a shut off connected to flex PVC? :?:
