I have a 6 year old LA Spa Hottub with a Waterway Super-Flo 4.5 HP motor that's beginning to make a real racket. I'm assuming that it needs to be replaced (right?) - but in reading other messages have found out that the Super-Flo is no longer made (right?).

I'm looking at replacing with a Waterway Executive 48 Frame (4.5HP) - any other suggestions??

How hard will this be to change out?? Any recommendations?

Thanks.

You are correct on all counts except that I wouldn't use the executive as a replacement, I would instead use the Aqua-Flo XP-2 which is generally a better replacement for the WW superflow.

Thanks so much for the info. I appreciate the quick response. I'm draining the spa now and should have the pump out for a look-see this afternoon.

Refards,

Wayne

I might be interested in your old pump. Please contact me, I will pay shipping.
