This is my first post and I appreciate the knowledge that I have already gained from this forum.
This Baja Performance series tub has a EM-190 spa pack with a Flow master HP 3.6 hp motor. It is a 230 amp model.
When I wired up the unit the air pump and lights worked, and heater led operated. The heater LED shuts off after a few seconds proabably because there is no flow.
The pump will not kick on no matter what you do. So I decided to hard wire the pump and it works fine. I couldn't get it to run on both speeds but I am not an electrical genius either. However the spa pack should command the pump to run on low when it is plugged in to circulate the water for heating. This model does not have two pumps. The spa-packs click loudly when you hit the "jets" button on the console. Does anyone have any idea if there is a component that operates this that is replaceable? Thoughts? Thanks

Have you tried checking the fuse that is in teh spa pack? I am having a very similar problem with my tub - lights, air, but no jets - just clicking when the button is pushed. I was told by my dealer to replace the 25 amp fuse(s). I did that but it didn't help in my case - but maybe it will help you.

I notice that your post is a few weeks old by now - did you get your problem fixed?
