The house that we just moved into has a 1990 Cal Spas PS-3. When I uncovered it, it was full of thousands of little beetles. I did my best to remove all them from spa. I am worried that they may have clogged the jets and the air system.

There is a corner knob that can be turned so that an air hole as exposed. That is supposed to allow air into the jets right? Does nothing when open.

There are round small silver jets, that have tops that look like salt shakers. Only one of those works, and that is because the top is missing. Do those clog easy?

I have an air blower. I know that it works. But I'm pretty sure that the system works the way that it should. When blower is turned on, it seems like 85% of the air goes to the lowest seat. It is so violent that it splashes water out of the spa.

There are jets that have spinning nozzles in them. They all appear to be broken. How do I fix those?

Thanks!!
