I just got a new Coleman 471x Hot tub. Second tub.It had some transportation issues. The Dealer and Coleman have been very responsive so that's not a problem. We are working through the problems.

One of the things that concerns me is an air stub on a jet above pump #2 was cracked and leaked on the #2 Pump (a 56 frame 2.5 hp 2 speed pump). The point of contact was on the compacitor at the rate of 2 drips / second. It splashed around the pump and eventually exited the bottom pan. I would guess it leaked on it for 12 hours. Cold water, no chemicals, no electricity.
Both the dealer are pretty comfortable the motor will shed the water without a rust build up inside the motor.
I'm not real sure they are right.
Any insight from the group would be helpful
By the way this thing rocks compared to my 1996 Jacuzzi lexus select

Don't sweat it. There shouldn't be anything wrong with your motor.

The most damage to motors always comes from leaking seals which causes the front bearings to go bad.
