I have an older Ariespa Catalina style hot tub. Recently the jet pump stopped working. I pulled it out and the impeller wouldn't turn. I worked with it and got it turning but it turns very hard. I assume a bearing needs replaced? It appears the impeller is pressed on - does anyone know if this is correct? Where can you get bearings. It is an ultrajet motor/pump.

You should just replace the pump if it's seized. If not then your going to need a bearing tool and possibly a new wet end also. The impeller is threaded on. I would just replace it because it's cost effective.
