Pump Not Pumping

Pump makes noise - doesn't sound bad, but won't pump water through the jets. Any ideas? Thanks. Its a spapack from spas2order.com. About 2 yrs old.

Is it turning?

From your description, I'm guessing that it is. If so, then it might have an air-lock. Bleed out the air by loosening a union, or bleedline. Also, be sure all the shut-off valves (if any) are open, and be sure the jets, if adjustable, are open also.

Yes - it is turning. Sorry - not so good with this stuff. What is an air-lock/bleedline? Just disconnect it from the tub?
