 Post subject: Spa runs 3 seconds, then off 3 seconds, then runs 3 seconds, etc....

I have a one year old Hot Springs Prodigy 120 spa. Just plugged it in in my new house. It will run a few seconds, then click off, then run a few seconds, then click off, etc... This repeats continuously for about 3 minutes and then it seems to "catch" and runs normally.

Anyone with any ideas what's wrong???
