I just refilled my spa and the heater won't come on, flow is good, circulates on high & low Everything runs as it should but there's no voltage at the element, heater light comes on, water circulates but still no voltage. Please help... would like to use my tub.

Unplug your spa and or throw the breakers off. Look inside the filled tub for water movement. Plug in or turn breakers on. Should have a small circulation pump working and have water movement with tub off but plugged in. If no water circulation then your circulation pump is bad. The spa pump is separate and will work even though the other pump is dead. The other problem could be a bad flow switch which means you may not have enough flow or you have a bad flow sensor.
Sometimes if the water does not move in the tub from the circulation pump you could have a air bubble stuck in the system. If you put a hose down the filter tube pipe you can get the air to release from the system. I would bet that the circulation pump has most likely gone bad.

The water is circulating just fine (it's the only thing keeping things from freezing at this point), everything appears to be working normally except there is no power to the element, pump is working, heater light is on, no error codes. I'm about to go out and put a toothpick in the relay switch and see if I can get current to the element.
