I have an older model (not sure what year) down east octagon hot tub with a pro pac control. Just refilled it and I am getting a "FLO" reading on my digital readout. When I kick the breaker on, it hums for about 10 sec. and I can hear a click and then silence. I tried taking the filter out and flushing with the garden hose but nothing changed. The jets and the bubbler are working but when I had the filter out and the jets on, it wasn't circulating any water through the filter. I did have bubbles coming in with the bubbler on. Possible locked up pump motor?

Sounds like a bad motor. It is locked up, try to see if it will spin freely. Freeing it up may work, might be something stuck in the pump or you are in the market for a new motor.
