I am a relative newbie at all this and had my "Premium Leisure Products 510" delievered last week. After getting the electrical all complete, I filled it up and was anxious to get in it.

After fill-up, I realized the low speed pump worked, but when I pressed high speed, it spit water for 1-2 seconds and shut down. It didnt trip anything, just wont stay on. This is also the reason I suppose my hot tub isnt heating as I'm sure the water is not flowing past the heating coils to heat the water.

Like I said, I am new to all this and don't have a clue. I stuck garden hose into filter housing and let it run for a bit, but still nothing. I loosened a few unions, water came out, but same problem. Through all this I had too much water in my spa so I tried to drain some, but it only trickled out at a snail pace.

I have called my dealer and get put on hold and what not...can anyone help, I am a new spa owner and am dying to use my spa for the first time! I have a party scheduled this weekend and everyone is expecting my hot tub to be running!!!
