We recently bought a dynasty 2 from a neighbor and it ran fine for about a month, until i pulled a "rag sucked into my plumbing".
After totally going crazy i figured out on my own that it would probably stop at the impeller. There was no way around telling my husband so he could help me remove the pipe to the impeller. Once he was helping me it didn't take long for us to have the pipe off and the object removed but when we turned the power back on everything was working but water flowed out from the pump. We discovered that there was a drain plug directly beneath the pipe that we had broken off. We have attached the plug cap back on temporarily ( planning on buying a new pump but are still trying to feel our way through spa repair 101) but when we tried to turn the power back on there is nothing. No lights, no temp, nothing. I tried to call a repair man but was told to call back in several weeks because they are so backed up. Please Help!!!!!

it is highly possible that the leak from the pump has sprayed water onto the eletrical control system. You may end up having to replace the whole control system...Do you have a separate GFI or reset button on the box? Check to see if either of them has tripped out.
