 Post subject: FLO ICE flashing after replacing heater element

I just replaced the heater element I bought from here, refilled the tub and the display is flashing FLO ICE ...wasnt too concerned,..figured it was because the waterwas so cold....The tub is all heated up, but every time i turn the jets on it flashes FLO ICE....one set of jets sound funny like it is gasping for enough air/water any ideas :?: :?: :?: THANKS
