Hi we have just refilled our Spaform Barcellona and are trying to heat in only we keep getting error messages DR which means too little water even thought it is up to the fill line. And now it is flashing LF = Low flow Which I am not really sure what his means, I have looked in the book and still am not sure how to rectify this. The temp isnt rising from 9c and the "heat" icon isnt displayed on the panel, however it has appeared once or twice and the temp did rise to 10.5 before it stopped. I have set the tub to standard mode in the hope it would heat quicker than in economy mode but nothing is happening! Can anyone assist?!? I am in need of a dip!

Sounds like an air lock on your filter pump. Bleed the air from the system from one of the fittings around the pump or the drain plug.

Still getting the following messages, Hi flow, Low Flow, Dry I have tried the following: Have bled the two pipe valves air valves (whilst running and off) Have bled the Drain outlet Have run the spa with and without filters in. Have bled the heater. I can hear the pump start the water starts heating then about 1 minute in the heater/pump clicks off and a error message is displayed, Spa has a M7 circuit Board so theres no pressure switch on the heater. Still getting the following messages, Hi flow, Low Flow, Dry, I am aware that the Hi Flow error may be that the cold water is coming in and there is a difference in heat and the cold?? Yet still can’t work out whats up, I may try putting a hose into every pipe and the filter holder from within the tub?? Any other ideas?? Thanks.

Assumin that there is nothing affecting the flow (dropped gate vales, dirty filters, blocked impellor etc) and there are no air locks in the system (quite a big assumption), then it has to be a fault with either the PCB or the sensors.
Both these parts are easily purchased online.
I would check the above first though and make sure that the return jet(s) which operate(s) during the first minute or so, actually have a consistent, free flowing pressure.
One last thing to check before shelling out on parts would be to look for a small (even tiny) drip on the circ pump plumbing. A pinhole in the suction line will mean that a tiny stream of bubbles is drawn in when the pump is running which can build-up in the heater. If this is the case, the leak will only appear when the pump is off and there is no suction.

I have tried draining down the tub and refilling, I have also blasted water through each of the jets, made sure that the tub has been bled via the valves, I have tried the shut of gates whilst the tub is running and it cuts off flow to that pump, I have also removed the sensors from the heater to check if there is a block their but I get clear running water. I have found that one of the jets is not working yet the one before that does? Also when I run the second pump (not the one that is connected via the heater) as soon as I stop it air bubbles come out of the bottom inlet hole into the tub, this I believe is where the hot water comes into the tub, this occurs every time I do this, any idea why air bubbles would be coming out here?? also I hear a sound from the pipes like a pipe is filling up for two seconds!! more help please.

Finaly sorted this problem out, we had a faulty relay on the PCB, the PCB was the soldered version so we got hold of a replacement zettler relay, desoldered the old one out and popped a new one in and all is working fine, no new replacement PCB at $300 plus just a $1 relay.
