Our 2 year old HS spa has been trouble free. Yesterday, I turned the spa to clean and it shut off after 15 secs. I checked the ceramic filters to assure they where clean, which they where. In the past, it did this once with a dirty filter and resolved itself once it was cleaned. With or without a filter it does this. It does this even in normal operations mode. We drained and gave it is quarterly bath and refilled, no change. it does not trip the breakers, the water heats nicely, the jets flow perfectly. It runs strong, then shuts itself off. The display screen goes totally blank and the only thing lite is the power button which blinks. The spa has to have the power dc'd before it can be restarted, which it does this again...

If only the power LED blinks, it's telling you the heater is overheating.

Reasons:

1) Low flow from circ pump
a) dirty filter
b) Circ pump failure

2) Bad sensor, or bad caircuit board.

If you're sure your filters are clean, don't waste time posting here- call your dealer, and have them fix it ASAP- that warranty is very powerful- use it :D

In addition to Mr. Swine,
Check the skimmer weir. Is it drawing down when the pump runs? If not, have them replace that too.
