When we plugged in our spa, it briefly (15 seconds) bubbled. Remembering last yr, when we first got it, it had to sit about 20 minutes to reset or something, then it was fine. We waited, nothing. Tried hitting the reset button on the plug, it did the brief bubble thing again and stopped. Now it wont replay the bubbling part. It appears to have no power to it, ie: no display on the LED.

This is a 3 1/2 yr old Leisure Bay (Smart Series), purchased last yr. from a friend.

The manual has zero helpful info. The start up part only tells how full to fill and how to change the temp. setting.

Suggestions gratefully accepted.

thanks

"Tried hitting the reset button on the plug..."

If you're talking about a plug-in GFCI with a reset button, then I'd venture to guess that the plug is defective.
