I drained and refilled our Tiger Springs Bengal Spa (1999 or 2000 model) a few days ago and I have the following symptoms.

Power light is flashing/blinking
Recirc Pump and Ozonator are working
Heater, Jets and light do not work

The manual refers to air bubble, clogged filter or Heater high-limit thermostat tripped.

I have unplugged the unit and let it set for a short period and then plugged back in. No change.

Forced wate through the filter area in case there was an air bubble and pulled the filter. No change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If the circulation pump is working then it sounds like the high-limit thermistor (which screws into the heater).

If you kill power now and turn it back on does the power light flash right away?

Also---> look for slow-starting circ pump. Quite common for them to get going after the high limit has already tripped.

After plugging the unit back in the light starts flashing within 1-2 seconds.
