We just refilled our spa/hot tub and it will not fully reheat to 103. After calling local dealer and following through with all of their instructions, we finally had someone come out. They reset the system (we had tried before) and showed out put in amps was good. However, the hot tub is still not heating over 98.
Any help?

What is the tub set for? Are you using a cheapie thermometer like a duck or turtle?
