Well I have a nasty airlock and need some help. I have a vita spa L200

Symptoms are airpump and heater work fine, the powerful jet pump just humms though. It works fine when I run a diagnostic test it fires right up and blows beautifully.

I received the classic airlock after a re-fill I believe. I have filled thru the filter, opened the panel and vented the pumps at their little vent plugs, I have also run a hose down the filter and turned on the water hose to try and vent there as well.

There are no error codes and after diagnostic it reads "good"

I don't know what else to do. I have called a technician but he can't come out for 2 weeks!!! I am in a rural area. My dealer does not know how to help.

Sounds to me as though your pump is seized or has bad bearings, maybe possibly a bad capacitor. I would start your investigation there. Even with an air lock, your pump will run. If your pump isn't running, but humming, you have a motor related problem.
