I'm trying to troubleshoot and repair a friends hot tub. He let it sit over the winter becuase of an electrical problem with the main wiring to the tub. He did empty most of the water out but thats about it. When we tried to start it up yesterday after it sitting for 6 months the heater light is not coming on and the heater itself is leaking pretty bad on one end and just a little trickle on the other. The circ pump seems to run for a while and then shuts off. Not sure if the circ pump issue is becuase of the heater problem. The heat ok light on the board is not on. Everything else seems to be working jets, lights, etc.. Can the heater be rebuilt or does it need to be replaced it a nofault 6000. He wants this up and running ASAP so i would like to order all the parts we may need.

Thanks,

Joe
