Let me just say this forum has saved me time and money. Here is my issue. I have a 1999 sundance cameo purchased used. I was told by the previous owner that it had a bad relay. I found out on my own that the heating element had frozen up. I replaced the heating element. Now here is the real issue. I've tried starting the tub and it will run for about 5 second then shut down. The message is OH then goes to the watchdog ---- message. My question is it possible that the high-limit temperature sensor went bad when the old heating element froze?

Thanks, JB :?:

Not really, what must be done is verification if the heater housing is indeed hot, or very warm to touch once it goes into OH mode. Once you verify, then it will determine which way to go.
