i have a hydro-quip 1001, im geting buzz sound in the pack,amber light is on but no heat,every thing eles is working it seems,,,Help please.

The buzz is probably relay chatter, either by not enough voltage, or simply wearing out. If the relay isn't pulling in all the way, that could cause your no heat problem

the relay looks looks like it is pulling in all the way, still like you said the relay might be on it way out because of the chatter. thanks.

I did put oms meter on the 2 terminals of the element with out taking the 2 wires off and the reading was about 9 to 10 help.

1st, how long have you had the tub? Do you have a spa cover? What voltage? How long are you giving it to heat?
After that-what voltage are you getting across the heater leads (not one at a time)?
