I have a Coleman Spectrum 200 unless the high jets are on the water will not heat above 70. When on low jets the heater light is on but water stays around 70 depending on outside temp. With the jets on hight the water keeps heating up as long as high jets are on. Once it gets to the set temp I get a "flo" on the display.
