just got this hot tub yesterday, so dont know to much about it my consern is that the amber light for the heat is on, but the water is not geting hot all is working well but heat. also dont know how to op the time control on front of ele, box is there some kind of relay maybe needs to be pushed. thanks for helping by the way order code is es1000 model# is rlfja2c-akb0g0r, sn# is 9809243529. code #is hydo6-1772-025. produck # is hq-1001e hydro spa. also it has a loud hum in the ele box. all so would like to get a manual to this. could not get any info here ,had to call a hot tub outfit to come and fix it 35.00 not so bad.

if the light is on, and you get the hum in the box when the light is on, you either have a bad contactor or bad element. If you are running the spa off 120V, it will take a while to heat, as in a day or so.
