sorry it is a Morgan Spa dual pump 230 volt system. Manufactured in July 1998. Could it be hi limit probe? Are there any resets on this model for the heater?

Is this a digital control system? (Does it have a top side control with digital readouts or indicators - or does it have a circuit board inside?). They made both styles in 98, with Balboa controller in their box, and then the old standby electro-mechanical which had been in production for years on end.

thanks for your reply. it has dual digital side controls. and also has circuit board inside the power pack. when you tuen heater up you can here a relay kick in but no heat. when you turn heat down you here relay kick out. pump comes on when you turn heat up like it should. it did give out a HL code a few weeks back but filter element has been changed out.
