Heater did not work on a Cal Spa Pack. It is an older version, not digital. I replaced the 240 volt flow thru element. The heater still does not work. When I trip the GFI, the heater turns on for a second and then trips at the compacator. The pump keeps running but the heater will not turn on. I test the compacator with a meter and it reads 240 on the right side and 0 on the left. Is it a bad compacator. Or can something else trip the compacator.

ummmmmmm, sorry but what's a "compacator"?
