I was getting a flashing "flo" error and found that the circulation pump needed replacing. I did that and it works fine with no Flo error message. Now after my spa heats to about 98-100 degrees the heater shuts down and I get the "OH" message. Then at about 97 degrees the message goes out. What could be my problem?

Thanks,

Scott

Probably a bad high limit sensor. It may have been knocked loose during pump install, is it still installed properly?

Swine,

Thanks for getting back to me. I will try to check it out if I could find it. I think I know where it plugs into on the circuit board.

Thanks,

Scott

The harness end is assurdly still plugged in to the PCB. I was guessing that maybe the sensor end is out of the thermo-well, and hanging somewhere inside the equip compartment.

One more thing I did notice is that the water was alot hotter (confirmed by thermometer) then what the temperature said on the display . Could it stil be the High limit sensor.

Thanks,

Scott

Probably not.

It sounds as though the spa is indeed overheating.

Check the thermo-stat sensor. If the sensing bulb is indeed where it's supposed to be, it sounds like you might need another one,.
