 Post subject: Hot Springs Grande heater woes

I have a Hot Springs Grande. The heater stopped working about a week ago, and i'm tryingto find out what some of the potential problems migh be.

The first place to start, of course... Is the heater getting power?
And, do you know the age of the spa, or spa serial number?
