I have a 1995 Hotspring Grandee G series, G-151094 with a circ pump and 2 jet pumps. The heater was working fine one day and then after 1 week no heat. I took the circulation pump apart and cleaned it then put it back together and the flow appears to be okay. The tub has a Watkins 5500 No-Fault heater tube in it. Could the element have gone out?? Also, I have searched high and low for a reset button and was not able to find one. So far we have turned the tub off at the breaker and let it sit for an hour and then turned the breakers back on, still no heat. We have also tried leaving the tub energized but with the heater/circ pump turned off and then restored power but no heat. I am not sure what else to do. I have looked on the internet for a new No-Fault 5500 tube on the net but have not been able to find one. They have the trifold heater but do not want to change the plumbing. PLEASE HELP!!!

Thank you!
Dustin & Nicole

There is barely any plumbing to replace. It's called a heater retro kit. Nedd to do some electrical testing with a meter.

check the flow/switch, and clean your filters.

There is no reset button on the No-Fault 5500
