I have a 1 1/2 year old hot tub thats been working great till now. About two
weeks ago, I turned the temp down to 80. Yesterday my son wanted to
go in it and he say the water was freezing, and I told him I only turned it
down to 80. Anyway, I looked at the system, and made sure the circuit
breaker wasnt tripped or anything. And it wasnt. So I took the panel
off, and check if I was getting power at the heater and it was. I looked
closely at all the little fuzes, and they all looked good. But the system
wont come on at all. I have a Balboa heater system. So is there
some type of reset thing I have todo. I'd really appreciate any help.

Thanks

If you are getting power at the heater, then I would suspect the heater to be bad.

I would say that is an impossibility unless all your heater relays are stuck closed, if you don't have power anywhere else. Verify you have power going to the spa pack, and if so, check both the input and output side of the transformer for your circuit board. If you have power going in, but not comming out of, your transformer, you will need to replace it. If the transformer is good, you may need to replace the topside control, and maybe even the main circuit board
