Help

I have an old Polynesian air control spa. The main fuse used to trip every once in a while then a few weeks ago it started tripping every 30 sec or so after the fuse was reset. I check forums and noted suggestions to disconnect heater and see if the problem remained. Bingo spa continued to run once heater disconnected. I replaced heater and guess what ...fuse still tripping. Any suggestions? It is running 240V 5.5KW heater.

Sounds like your heater was connected wrong - try disconnecting it again to see if the gfci tripping problem goes away.
