Hey guys, new here, need help. I have checked my heating element by taking it out and hooked a 110 jumper to it. it got hot. I got a black, white and green wire coming from the control box. checked them they are connected to the heater terminals marked heater. put the green wire connected to ground. black to black and run white to red wire to control knob, and the black from knob to heating element. checked it before i started all this only got 5 or 6 volts coming from control box to black and white wire. what do i need to do? will this work? thanks Joe
