We just purchased a used Leisure Bay spa and was told it was approximately 8 years old, and was working. We have it set up and working except it won't heat. It started at 69 degrees at 6pm and it is still only 72 degrees, 4 hrs later. Is there a reset? The control panel still says "COOL" even though we set it for the highest temp (104). What are we doing wrong??

Probably nothing.
You'll need to check your heater element to be sure you're getting power to it though.

If you are, then you'll need to replace the element.

where is that located? Is there a reset button? I know it worked for the previous owners because they used it for a New Years party and have used it since then as well. Could it have been worked loose in the move? We don't have a manual for any instructions.

You'll need to open the cabinet, take a photo of your unit, and post it here in the forums and we'll be able to help you.
