I've experienced air injection problems ( no blower on this old spa )
and after chasing my tail with check valves which didn't change anything,
I found that I need to replace the gaskets or rubber seals on the Waterway Poly Jet inserts for my Spa.
I'd rather not have to replace all 11 jets if I can locate the gaskets only.
I've attached some pics. Waterway has a decent site but your site
actually was quicker to locate my parts than the Mfr. Still, one jet in
particular may have been discontinued and if so, I need your help and
advice in replacing the insert. I understand these "monster" poly jets are somewhat interchangeable in that a few different jet inserts can be swapped between bodies (which is a cool option if it's true). I beleive this one I need also has venturi inserts in 4 sizes.

* Can I buy the seals from you for these Waterway Poly Jets ?

* Can I step down to the smallest size water venturi ( currently all are 7/16" ) to increase pressure without causing long term pump issues ?

* Can I swap the jet inserts on the Poly Jet bodies ?

* After seeing my pics, can you confirm if the jet in question has
been discontinued and replaced with a similar design ?

* FINAL PROBLEM : This Spa is 10 years old and is FULL FOAM which
insulates I'm sure pretty well. It stays hot for as long as I keep it
covered. How on earth can I find a way to lessen the humming it
makes when in slow ( filter / circulate mode ) ???? I moved it to the
farthest point away from the house ( about 15 feet ) and it still keeps
us up at night. I can hear the thing circulate almost 50 feet through
the house ( concrete slab home ). I installed rubber feet under the pump frame between the plywood it was screwed to but no help. Should I just wait till the pump dies and replace it with some new Whisper Quiet unit that you can suggest or is there a simpler cheaper way to insulate
the pump cabinet for sound / vibration ?

Thanks for your help and I will send a 2nd topic with additional pics
as the max is 3 here.

Here are a few more pics to help you identify my mystery jet.

Thanks.... Even if you don't answer this at all, you will have been
more help than the "tech support" boys at Cal Spas here in
beautiful Pomona , California !!!!

I can get you the rubber seals, I call them Cal-Spa squishy gaskets. I would be glad to send them to you.

You can replace the internals with the current style Waterway Poly or monster if you like, dropping down on venturi size will be OK as long as you do an amp check with meter to make sure you aren't straining the motor.

I checked and the gasket part is readily available, you will need 2 for each jet. Cheaper than new inserts. 8)
