Can someone please help me or guide me to where I can find this fitting?

I work for a hotel here in Santa Fe and as we were testing the jacuzzi we noticed 4 of the 8 water jets were not functioning. Upon further investigation I found the fitting has cracked and cannot create the pressure.

The pictures attached show the part that I cannot find. PLEASE HELP!

That's about as home rolled as I've ever seen to date. What a bizarre looking jet nozzle.

I'd get out some jbweld and start patching these things, or make a plan to completely rejet or replace these tubs.

If anybody else has any ideas on this they'll respond.

The best option may be to repair them. I doubt the hotel will rejet them as this thing is set in concrete I believe. If you all find or thing anything that will replace these eve let me know please.
